Shipping is Always FREE...
Most items available for immediate shipment will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is places. Pieces that are not in stock and need to be created, will ship between 1-3 weeks, depending on material availability.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the information in regards to availability, make time, expected ship date and the USPS tracking number (if available). Please keep in mind that shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier overloads.
Each package will be shipped USPS and will be insured with a tracking number. You will receive this information in your shipping confirmation email.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Custom and personalized jewelry that is stamped with names, dates, etc. will not be eligible for returns. Each custom order will be verified and the final copy will be approved by you, the customer. If there is a mistake on our part, we will make the necessary corrections. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Contact us directly in reference to any exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
